1. Introduction

At Malco Vidyalaya, we strive to provide the best educational services to our students and their families. We understand that there may be circumstances where you need to cancel an enrollment or request a refund. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations and refunds.

2. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel an enrollment or any other services provided by Malco Vidyalaya, you must notify us in writing as soon as possible. The following terms apply:

• Cancellations made within 2 days of the enrollment date will be eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made after 5 days of the enrollment date will not be eligible for a refund.

All cancellation requests should be sent to malcovidyalayaconnect@gmail.com with the subject line “Cancellation Request”.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed based on the following conditions:

• If Malco Vidyalaya cancels a course or service, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.
• If a student withdraws from a course or service within the eligible cancellation period, a refund will be issued based on the terms stated in the Cancellation Policy.
• Refunds will be processed within 3-5 days business days of receiving the cancellation request.

Please note that any processing fees charged by third-party payment processors, such as Razorpay, may not be refundable. The amount refunded will be the total amount paid minus any applicable processing fees.

4. Non-Refundable Fees

The following fees are non-refundable:

• Application fees
• Registration fees
• Any other administrative fees

5. Exceptions

Exceptions to the cancellation and refund policy may be made at the discretion of Malco Vidyalaya in cases of extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or other significant life events. Requests for exceptions must be submitted in writing to malcovidyalayaconnect@gmail.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
